Are you washing processed parts one by one with a cloth or brush? The ECO-WASHER is a spray-type parts cleaning machine that automates the degreasing and cleaning tasks that were previously performed by humans, simply by setting the workpiece and starting the operation. It heats and sprays super alkaline ionized water (SAIW) to clean cutting and machined parts, as well as press parts, removing machining oils, metal dust, fingerprints, and other contaminants. During the cleaning process, operators do not need to be present at all times, allowing them to allocate the time previously spent on cleaning to other tasks. Additionally, by repeatedly cleaning under set conditions, it becomes easier to minimize variations in the finish that can occur with manual work. The cleaning sizes range from 630Φ×H400mm to 1370Φ×H850mm, with five models available. You can select a model based on the size, weight, and processing volume of the target workpieces. We recommend this for sites considering a review of hand wiping degreasing with solvents and organic solvents, reducing labor in cleaning operations, and standardizing parts cleaning.
